CLIENT ENABLEMENT | 500+ TEMPLATE LIBRARY | SELF-SERVICE DESIGN

Alegeus Marketing Portal

Alegeus' white-label model meant its clients' brands faced employers and employees directly, but smaller clients didn't have in-house design teams to produce their own marketing. The Alegeus Marketing Portal solved this with a self-service template library: clients could pick assets, drop in their colors and logo, and produce on-brand materials without designer support. The Portal existed when I joined; over my tenure, I designed most of the 500+ templates in the library, while ColorInk built and maintained the customization tool.

The Approach

  1. Template design
Designed adaptable templates across flyers, brochures, presentations, email and digital, educational guides, and supporting materials. Each piece was structured for controlled customization: clients could swap logo and color and adjust content within structure.

  2. Design for non-designers
Built clear hierarchy and flexible components into each template so clients without design experience could create on-brand materials confidently.

  3. Library expansion
Worked with internal marketing and client success teams to identify common client needs, prioritize new template development, and grow the library to cover more product lines and audiences over time.

Impact

  • Designed most of the 500+ templates available in the Portal over my tenure.

  • Expanded template coverage to reduce one-off design requests, freeing in-house creative capacity for strategic client work.

  • Maintained consistent design quality across a diverse client network.

  • Supported client marketing and onboarding through the self-service system.
