EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATION | SALES ENABLEMENT | PRESENTATION SYSTEM
Alegeus Executive Presentations
Over 9 and a half years at Alegeus, presentations were the single highest-volume format I designed. Board decks, CEO sales kickoff openers, sales finalist pitches, industry conference talks, internal all-hands updates, product expo screens. The work needed to read as one brand across every audience: prospects deciding whether to sign a contract, employees gathering to hear what's next, partners seeing the product on a trade show floor. I designed the system that made that possible, built and maintained the templates that let non-designers across sales, product, and leadership keep producing on-brand work, and personally finished the decks that the CEO, sales finalists, and external speakers used.
The Approach
System foundation
Built a master deck template with section dividers, content layouts, infographic primitives, and color systems mapped to the Alegeus brand guidelines. Typography, hierarchy, and editorial structure were defined at the system level so every deck, regardless of who finished it, read with the same visual logic. Every deck started from a single source of truth.One-off theming inside the system
For tentpole moments, all-hands meetings, sales kickoffs, partner summits, designed a season-specific sub-brand expression that lived inside the master system without breaking it.Enablement for non-designers
Trained sales, product marketing, and leadership teams to use the templates without designer involvement for routine decks, freeing in-house creative capacity for higher-stakes work.High-stakes finishing
Personally designed the decks that the CEO, sales finalists, and external-facing conference speakers used. These got the full design treatment from cover to final slide.
Impact
Designed and maintained the presentation system used across the company for 9.5 years.
Personally designed 25+ high-stakes decks per year for board, CEO, sales finalist, and conference contexts.
Built one-off thematic expressions for FY company kickoffs, FY all-hands, sales kickoffs, and partner summits each year, while maintaining brand coherence.
Trained non-designer teams across sales, product, and marketing to extend the system without designer involvement for routine work.
Maintained brand consistency across decks ranging from 5-slide product expo screens to 50+ slide product deep dive presentations.

The Work
External-facing client showcase
Built the sales team's primary partner showcase deck used in prospect meetings to introduce the company and platform. The brand sits at its most polished register here, with section dividers and content layouts that scale across a 24-slide narrative.
Internal-facing quarterly all-hands
Created the quarterly all-hands deck system used company-wide at every quarterly meeting. The work shifts register from the external sales tone into something warmer and more conversational, with thematic covers, virtual meeting house rules, and section dividers designed to be reused across quarters.
Sales Kickoff: A sub-brand inside the system
Designed a new theme each year for the annual sales kickoff, treating each one as a season-specific sub-brand inside the master Alegeus system. Shown here is the FY26 expression, "Dig Deep / Level Up," with a logo lockup, photography treatment, and pillar slides that carried across the keynote deck, signage, and swag without breaking the parent brand.
Partner Summit content integration
Extended the 2025 Partner Summit "Scaling for Success" identity from stage and signage into the keynote content slides shown during general sessions. These slides use motion to reveal information progressively during live presentation, an approach designed for the room rather than the page.
Information design at the slide level
Built two infographic moments designed to land a single insight at first glance. A four-quadrant capability overview for Managed Services anchors People, Process, Technology, and Governance around a central "Passion for delivering exceptional experiences" mark. A three-up comparative chart for the COBRA product shows the same competitive story across productivity, platform costs, and equipment costs.
Designing for the physical context
Designed eight short looping product decks to play on rotation on screens at the Partner Summit product expo floor. Built for visibility from across the room: oversized brand iconography, single-feature focus, minimal text. The video is sped up so the full sequence reads in a few seconds rather than minutes.
